Neem Powder 200g - Halal

I drink ~1/2 teaspoon of the neem powder with a glass of warm water once or twice per day. I think I like the bitter taste of the neem powder. I have acne prone skin so I wish that the neem powder aids me in maintaining healthy skin, reducing breakouts, and improving the overall skin health. It has been 20 days since I started taking the neem powder, but I haven't seen any visible changes.

Some green drink powders can be a little strong tasting. I would argue that this one is one of those. But (for me, at least) it's not a bad strong taste. The directions suggest trying it in milk, like in a smoothie. I chose to sample it this way. This was a good decision. I think if I tried it in juice, it would have been a little overpowering.I got the powder because I like to find healthy ways to add in great medicinal food to my diet. I can handle green powder in smoothies, easily. Neem has so many anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that I see adding a teaspoonful into my diet daily, as a great way to reap the benefits of that! So far, so good!

This neem leaf powder is exactly as described. The bag is heat sealed with a tear away portion and a zip seal below. The powder is very finely ground. The taste is about what you expect for neem leaf. The package states that is is processed in a facility that processes nuts, sesame, and wheat. It also has a Prop 65 warning on it which is odd, but I looked it up and basically since lead is naturally found in soil they have to list this warning regardless if it is present or not. Last, there is a batch number but no date or expiration. Only the instruction to store in a cool and dry place.

This arrived from the vendor in a tamper evident sealed bag like you’d get coffee beans in. There was no best buy date anywhere on the package.This smells fresh and so far no bad reactions.I’m using it as a skin treatment on my doggy. She has had one little patch that keeps coming back, and I’m reluctant to bring in the big gun smelly sulphur product.So far she has tolerated this well. I just mix a small paste & leave it on about 15 minutes.The stubborn patch seems to be going away.I’m happy because my doggy is happy.

I had no idea one could ingest Neem! So, I was surprised at the health benefits and decided to give it a try. While I am not a huge fan of the taste, it can easily be hidden by more strong flavors in your green smoothie!I mostly ordered because it is fantastic for preventing bug infestations in the garden. It's an organic alternative to pesticides! This works perfectly for treating plants. Add to water, shake and spray! Great product!

The powder is a kind of grey green and bright. It smells like well... wet moss. To me, I expected it to taste bitter and -yep! It tastes really strong and not appealing on its own mixed in water.Yes, it's bitter but I actually like it when it's combined with sweet yogurt or protein drink. Instead of ruining the sweet vanilla or fruit flavor, somehow it's bitter earthiness actually brings out the good taste of the other foods. I like my protein shakes BETTER with this in it and it's nutrient rich and immune boosting. Win-win for me!

I'm very happy that I ordered this neem leaf powder. I've used neem oil before when making cold process soap, but have never tried the powder and have always wanted to. This is a large pouch for the price, compared to buying it from a soap making supplier. I plan to use it not only because it's supposed to be good for making a soap for sensitive or troubled skin, but also because it imparts a light green color to the soap and I like to use natural colorants. It is an extremely finely ground powder, which I like very much. If there are any issues when I put it into soap, I will come back and update this review.
