Order Processing — Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in the USA. Once your order ships, a tracking link is emailed to you automatically.
Shipping Rates — We offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 (contiguous USA). For orders under $35, standard shipping is a flat $8, and expedited options are shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates — Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Transit times may vary by destination, carrier conditions, and holidays.
Lost or Delayed Packages — If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact our support team and we'll help resolve it.
