The bottle arrived sealed, as expected, and had a good quantity of 60 caps at the 1600mg pill size, which makes sense and is easy to swallow for me. The value for money is spot on, and I'm hoping to see the effects for my dry skin that castor oil is known for. Also, I appreciate that they're non-GMO (and halal and vegan too). Will update after using them for a while to report on actual results. Nice that they're in softgel form and smooth texture, so virtually no taste, instead of having to deal with tasting (and possibly spilling) liquid castor oil!

I found the castor oil capsules easy to swallow and didn't really notice any bad after taste. It seems to be a quality product and provides some digestive benefits. You get 60 capsules in the bottle and the recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. Castor oil has many health benefits and using it in this form helps daily usage more maintainable.

These softgels are small and very easy to swallow, leaving no taste. They deliver 1600 mg of castor oil in two capsules which are noted to be cold pressed, fast absorbing, non GMO and Halaal certified. My bottle was manufactured in 09/25 and has an expiration date of 08/29.This is not an expensive supplement at less than $10 for a one month supply. However, I can see that for $25 I could buy a 4 month supply from another reputable company which would be even more cost effective for someone who takes castor oil on an ongoing basis.I have used castor oil externally for a long time with excellent results but I am new to taking this in capsule form so I cannot yet report on any particular impacts on my body. I also see from past reviews that there have been some past problems with capsules sticking together and lacking a seal. My experience was just the opposite as everything was well intact and there were no problems whatsoever so I would recommend this product.

can't say it was the product, I normally use another brand. I was taking 2 a day and nothing so had to add another product , but I also start a new cleanse and new things to my routine so I know something new I was taking was shutting my bowels down. I had to stop taking all things except this and my other was taking to get moving. I suffer with IBS so I can handle more to get me moving then most people.
