Flax seed oil is a good alternative to fish oil. Those sometimes have a stronger flavor and can cause burping. Flx seed oil has never had either of those issues for me and has a mild pleasant aroma and taste. I don't get all the warnings; how would flax seed oil ever cause issues for anyone? Seems like boiler plate. The capsules are a little smaller than I usually get but that might make it easier for some to swallow. Definitely a good source of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids without burps.

Seems to be on par with other Flax seed oil products, similar pricing maybe even a little less expensive than others. No obvious pros or cons vs other brands. I found no issues with these and wouldn’t necessarily say not to purchase them. Has a slight odor which is common with these. It’s a standard size capsule so it’s not difficult to swallow. I have finished the entire bottle and feel this is a great value if you are looking for a flaxseed oil supplement. The brand is trusted and the potency and quality of ingredients is high. I’ve been trying this flaxseed supplement for a couple of weeks now and enjoying it so far. I’ve had no adverse effects, and haven’t noticed a weird taste. I am unable to review this product because when I opened the bottle the capsules were all stuck together and the oil came out instead of the capsules I was very disappointed. I have no idea what happen to them. I want to try them as a vine reviewer because they seem like high quality flaxseed oil.😒

The taste was decent enough. I feel like 60 pills is a good amount for the price that was given when I ordered these (just under 12 dollars). For someone trying to get more flax in their diet, this seems like a good option.
