I used to take blackseed in liquid form (oil) and i cannot just stand the taste, so i decided to try this instead. For one, it is way more convenient. Doesnt have any aftertase and given that the pill size is small, it is very easy to swallow and take. This came in packaged well which shows quality. This is a nice addition to my daily supplements as blackseed is known to have a lot of healing benefits and boost immunity. Defintely worth picking up!

Much easier to take these capsules than the liquid version I've used in the past. No nasty taste. Some small health issue seems to be improving. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with this product.

This is a great product. Non-gmo and cold pressed. I've taken black seed oil in its oil form but these are much easier to tolerate. There is no taste and they're easy to take. I always keep Black seed oil on hand and this is much easier for transporting and taking with me.

This is a black seed oil produced by Dr. HERBALIST. The company is US based and has all the appropriate safety precautions. These black seed oil capsules are plenty high in milligrams (1600), but I cannot find the percentage of Thymoquinone within the oil. That is of concern to me and the pricing is much lower than some of the other brands. The average thymoquinone is 2-3%. There are 60 Softgels in the bottle which is a months supply. This black seed is Cold-Pressed Organic Nigella Sativa.

Dr. Herbalist was formed in 2022 so it’s pretty new but they are Non GMO and based in the USA so that’s positive.At the 2 pill suggested dose for 1,600 mgs (=1.6 grams) of Black Seed Oil, this oil falls in the range of 1-3 grams of black seed oil with the research that has been done thus far for benefits.However, if you are looking to control blood sugar and lipids, then the suggested daily amount per research is 2 grams (=2,000mgs) per day so it might be better for you to take 3 gels per day to maximize the benefits.Black Seed Oil has such powerful effects to reduce inflammation, the newest research focusing on a reduction in neuroinflammation (brain health).However, it is important to mention that this active compound, thymoquinone, can make other medications less effective. So, it’s important to ask your doctor if other medications you are taking are effected by thymoquinone.These gels are small as you can see in the photo. They are easy to take, and don’t result in any stomach upset for me.They have the typical black seed oil smell which is not pleasant but all that I have tried have this smell.This looks like a good deal right now for the price.
